Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to manage partners, scale revenue, and optimize insurance benefits and retirement partnerships within the PrismHR ecosystem. This role requires building deep, multi-level relationships and aligning goals, performance, and adoption across the partner lifecycle.

You will work with Sales, Client Growth Managers, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Advisory Operations to ensure offerings are positioned, enabled,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to hit revenue or lead goals in channel/partnership scenarios.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing partner relationship management and primary relationship owner for assigned partners.
• Set annual goals and KPIs with each partner and monitor performance.
• Lead partner reviews focused on performance, pipeline, and alignment.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Advisory Operations.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure readiness for launch and sales alignment.
• Support contract terms and BOR requirements.
• Provide reporting on partner performance, risks, and opportunities.
