Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to oversee strategic partnerships within the PrismHR ecosystem. You will be the primary relationship owner across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Advisory operations, driving revenue growth and adoption of partner offerings.

You will lead onboarding, establish annual goals and KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Proven ability to meet revenue or lead goals in channel/partnership models.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships across sales, product, marketing and operations.
• Set and track annual goals and KPIs with partners.
• Lead quarterly/annual business reviews focusing on performance and adoption.
• Coordinate onboarding and contract terms with internal teams.
• Support partner participation in PrismHR events and initiatives.
