Job summary

H1 is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager in the United States to own strategic customer programs for our largest clients. You will manage executive relationships, drive adoption, and align internal teams to deliver measurable value and ARR growth within Pharma & CRO spaces.

You will operate with high autonomy, balance competing priorities, and provide structured guidance to internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong customer voice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or related strategic role.
• Experience owning complex, high-ARR accounts with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management across multi-threaded initiatives.
• Life Sciences exposure preferred; Medical Affairs/Clinical background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own large-scale customer programs across multiple business units and exec stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with governance and accountability.
• Be the strategic point of contact for complex customer engagements and renewals.
• Drive adoption, value realization, retention, and ARR growth.
• Lead executive business reviews and communicate KPI impact and ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
