Job summary

Reducto, Inc. in San Francisco invites an experienced Customer Success professional to help build our enterprise CS function from the ground up.

You will manage a portfolio of high-value customers, run business reviews, monitor health metrics, and drive expansion opportunities. The role requires 4+ years working with enterprise clients, familiarity with ML/AI infrastructure or developer tools, and a technical background or strong AI/ML interest.

Qualifications

• You’ve worked with Enterprise clients in consulting for 4+ years.
• You’re familiar with ML/AI infrastructure or developer tools.
• You have a technical background or strong interest in AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers from implementation through expansion.
• Conducting regular business reviews and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing potential issues.
• Creating and executing customer success playbooks for different customer segments.
• Building our customer success function from the ground up.
• Establishing onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement processes.
