Job summary

Coder is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own onboarding and rollout programs for enterprise clients across the United States. You will coordinate with Sales and Solutions to ensure smooth deployments and adoption of our AI development infrastructure platform.

In this role, you will guide customer health, remove barriers, and drive expansions and renewals as the primary point of contact, leveraging cloud and DevOps knowledge to support customers through their journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success with enterprise accounts.
• Knowledge of cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and developer tools.
• Startup experience and strong communication skills.
