Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior strategist to formulate a viable Advice & Planning strategy and support teams in delivering client-focused guidance. You will enhance the integration of the Advice & Planning model with emphasis on impact, quality, execution, and consistency over time.

You will lead initiatives, coach leaders, and collaborate across Truist to optimize processes and outcomes for clients and the advisory business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to coach leaders and teammates in one-on-one and group settings.
Proven experience delivering strategic initiatives in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate strategy and execute initiatives aligned with Advising & Planning priorities.
Provide thought leadership and innovation related to advice delivery and resources.
Coach Wealth leaders to integrate advisory processes and tools.
Coordinate business operations, planning, continuity, and process manuals.
Scale processes to increase advisor impact and free capacity for clients.
Design and manage metrics and reporting; interpret outcomes to drive changes.
Support the business with high-quality process oversight and governance.
Collaborate with Truist leaders and partners across the organization.
Maintain proficient use of systems and ensure compliance with policies.
