Job summary

Truist seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning for medium to large initiatives, aligning with business strategy. You will organize teams, define scope, schedules, and milestones, and manage resources throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to influence stakeholders while delivering on time and within budget. On-site work in the Charlotte area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3–5 years progressive related experience in project management or process improvement.
• Advanced understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate with and influence others and manage stringent timelines.

Responsibilities

• Leads or coordinates project planning for medium/large projects to align with business strategy.
• Defines scope, schedules, milestones and resource needs for projects.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders and manages resources end-to-end.
• Measures performance using KPIs and appropriate tools.
• Reports on status, cost, timing, and staffing for projects.
• Executes risk management and mitigates project risks.
