Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience with 8+ years in strategy or business consulting.
• Strong critical-thinking to break down complex problems and build recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop business strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional execution plans.
• Identify opportunities and initiatives to accelerate performance.
• Lead development of recommendations to address strategic needs.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support rationale and measure results.
• Steer cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans.
• Facilitate project meetings with senior leaders and SMEs.
• Mentor less tenured teammates and promote best practices.
• Standardize templates, processes, and approaches for core functions.
