The purpose of this role is to formulate, develop and drive strategic initiatives and operating routines for the Enterprise Control and Change Office. The role will utilize strong critical-thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills to help clarify business strategies and translate strategy to business capabilities and implementation approaches needed to help achieve Enterprise Control and Change Office’s strategic objectives. May manage a team.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Position is office centric 5 days within one of the following office locations: Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Greensboro, NC, or Raleigh, NC

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Partner with business unit leaders and peer execution leads to develop solution and enablement strategies.
  • Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional solution development and execution plans that enable the realization of desired outcomes.
  • On an ongoing basis, identify opportunities and develop & maintain solutions, tools and reporting to accelerate performance against strategic goals and objectives (e.g., workflow automation, data capture interfaces, AI integration, etc.).
  • Lead the development of, and present recommendations to address strategic business needs.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic rationale and measure results.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans to achieve strategic goals.
  • Facilitate and drive project meetings with senior business leaders, business partners, and SMEs.
  • Develop, guide, and mentor less tenured teammates.

Drive consistent adoption of governance and control over the lifecycle of solution development and maintenance

  • Support a culture of collaboration and trust through frequent and transparent communication, professionalism, and respect.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent education and related training or experience to include 8+ years of experience in positions that carry increasing levels of responsibility, including experience in strategy or business consulting
  • Critical-thinking skills; ability to break-down large, abstract problems or questions into sub-components and develop comprehensive and cohesive recommendations, with supporting data/rationale
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced skills in Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and managing Dataverse environments
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering, loop engineering, agentic harnesses, and agentic process development
  • Experience with multiple programming languages and development frameworks, including Python, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies
  • Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Experience building, implementing, or leveraging enterprise design systems to create consistent, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, API integrations, data modeling, and modern application development practices
  • Strong working knowledge of Information Systems administration, including system configuration, access management, integrations, maintenance, and operational support
  • Proven ability to think strategically and collaborate across organizational silos
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and storytelling and ability to present complex data in a way that educates, enhances understanding and influences decision-making
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage competing projects in a deadline-driven environment
