Job summary

Guidehouse in Arlington, VA, seeks a senior Change Management leader to drive governance and organizational readiness for a large-scale transformation. You will shape stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption metrics across multiple teams and leadership groups.

You will develop and execute change strategies, facilitate executive governance, and provide strategic guidance on risks and opportunities while coordinating with business, technology, and data teams.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years leading organizational change management, transformation, governance, or business modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting large, complex enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessment experience.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed; work from Arlington, VA office.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management and governance activities for a large-scale enterprise transformation.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communications campaigns.
• Establish governance structures, decision-making processes, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, organizational impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Facilitate executive workshops, governance boards, working groups, and leadership meetings.
• Partner with business, technology, data, and program teams to align transformation activities across stakeholders.
• Develop executive briefings, communications materials, engagement plans, and adoption metrics.
• Identify risks and resistance points; implement mitigation strategies for adoption.
• Monitor readiness and adoption through reporting, dashboards, surveys, and stakeholder feedback.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on change impacts, risks, and opportunities.
