Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of professional experience in related fields.
• Ability to translate complex transformations into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing executive communications and advising leadership on communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change communication strategies that support large-scale modernization, transformation, and technology implementation efforts.
• Design communications approaches that increase awareness, stakeholder readiness, user adoption, and sustained behavioral change.
• Assess stakeholder impacts and communication needs across audiences, tailoring messaging for varying levels of knowledge and change readiness.
• Partner with change management, training, technical, and business teams to align communications with milestones and readiness objectives.
• Develop executive-level products, including leadership messages, talking points, presentations, and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Track communication activities and adoption metrics; provide reports and dashboards on readiness and impact.
