Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a skilled Organizational Change Manager to support modernization initiatives in federal government contexts. The role focuses on readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and adoption activities to ensure smooth transitions to redesigned processes and operating models.
You will conduct impact assessments, develop engagement strategies, and create adoption plans and readiness materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related discipline.
- Five years of organizational change management experience.
- Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Prosci or ADKAR certification is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and adoption efforts associated with business process modernization initiatives
- Help ensure successful adoption of redesigned processes and operating models
- Conduct change impact assessments for business and technology transformations
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
- Create adoption plans, training materials, and readiness assessments
