Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Minimum of three years of experience in strategic communications, organizational change management, change communications, public affairs, communications consulting, public relations, or related fields.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change communication strategies for large-scale modernization and technology implementation.
• Design messaging to increase awareness, readiness, user adoption, and behavioral change across audiences.
• Collaborate with change management, training, technical and business teams to align communications with milestones.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, producing leadership messages, briefings, and stakeholder materials.
• Translate complex concepts into clear communications for diverse audiences and multi-channel campaigns.
• Create newsletters, readiness materials, FAQs, intranet content, videos, job aids, toolkits, and adoption campaigns.
