Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Change and Governance Lead to drive organizational change management and governance for a large-scale transformation. You will develop engagement plans, governance structures, and executive communications to align diverse teams and stakeholders.

You will conduct readiness assessments, facilitate governance boards, and report on adoption metrics while guiding senior leadership on risks and opportunities across business, technology, and data domains.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years leading organizational change, transformation, governance, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting large, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites when needed.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management and governance activities for a large-scale enterprise transformation.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications campaigns, and workforce readiness initiatives.
• Establish governance structures, decision-making processes, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, organizational impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Facilitate executive workshops, governance boards, working groups, and leadership meetings.
• Partner with business, technology, data, and program teams to align transformation activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Develop executive briefings, communications materials, engagement plans, and adoption metrics.
• Identify organizational risks and resistance points, and develop mitigation strategies to support successful adoption.
• Monitor program readiness and adoption through reporting, dashboards, surveys, and stakeholder feedback.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership regarding change impacts, risks, and opportunities.
