Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Management Consulting professional to support organizational change management, communications, and workforce readiness for enterprise transformation initiatives in the Washington, DC area with travel up to 10%.

The role focuses on stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and developing communications materials, training content, and engagement resources while coordinating readiness activities and governance sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in change management, communications, workforce readiness, training, or organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management, communications, and workforce readiness for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and organizational impact evaluations.
• Develop communication materials, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, training content, and engagement resources.
• Coordinate readiness activities, stakeholder outreach, workshops, and employee engagement events.
• Support development and execution of communication campaigns and adoption initiatives.
• Assist with training planning, train-the-trainer activities, and workforce enablement efforts.
• Track readiness metrics, stakeholder feedback, and adoption indicators.
• Maintain change management documentation, action plans, and reporting artifacts.
• Support governance meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Identify risks to adoption and recommend mitigation strategies.
