Job summary

Workday is seeking an Engagement Manager on its AI Practice team to own end-to-end customer relationships across enterprise accounts, from deployment through the lifecycle, guiding AI adoption and value realization. You will advise senior leaders, drive change management, and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable business impact.

You will partner with C-suite executives to shape adoption roadmaps, coordinate with product teams, and lead multiple implementations while ensuring on-time,

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of leading Medium and/or Large Enterprise implementations or transformation initiatives.
• 8+ years of experience in either enterprise application implementation or top-tier strategy consulting, venture capital, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple enterprise engagements from deployment through lifecycle.
• Partner with C-level executives on AI strategy, adoption roadmaps, and change management.
• Lead one or more concurrent implementations within budget and timeline.
• Manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination for large-scale deployments.
• Identify retention opportunities and expand engagement with customers.
• Mentor Professional Services team members on implementations.
• Address issues affecting scope or timelines and present updates to executives.
• Participate in sales cycles to gather requirements and shape delivery approaches.
• Collaborate with Product teams to scope features and provide customer feedback.
