Reflection AI is seeking an exceptional Engagement Manager to drive the adoption of its AI technology across enterprises. You will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, from identifying high-value use cases to driving organizational change and scaled adoption, working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Engagement Manager/Technical Program Manager/Deployment Strategist roles within consulting, technology, or enterprise software.
• Track record delivering complex technical projects to large enterprise customers.
• Strong technical acumen with AI/ML concepts and enterprise systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across large organizations.
• Ability to drive organizational change in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI deployment lifecycle from discovery to scaled adoption.
• Structure engagements with SOWs outlining scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Navigate organizational complexity and access customer SMEs, data, and systems.
• Maintain executive sponsor relationships and surface issues.
• Translate technical complexity to executive updates.
• Coordinate onboarding, security reviews, and procurement processes.
• Manage scope, changes, and contract modifications.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product priorities.
