Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Strategic Account Director, Key Accounts to own and grow relationships with our most valuable enterprise customers. You will drive revenue expansion, build executive-ready business cases, and deepen Higgsfield's footprint across teams and use cases.

Ideal candidates bring a proven track record in growing complex enterprise SaaS/AI accounts, combining commercial instincts with product fluency and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management.
• Proven track record in growing high-value enterprise accounts.
• Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements with multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Ability to translate AI/GenAI capabilities into business value for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy, revenue growth, and executive relationships across a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand revenue and product adoption.
• Lead complex enterprise negotiations, renewals, upsells, and multi-year agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with C-suite and economic buyers to drive retention and value.
