Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking a Coordinator, Sales Administration and Enablement to support the Sales team with CRM data maintenance, reporting, and SAAS platform administration.

You will help create training materials, manage user profiles, and export reports, contributing to efficient campaigns and accurate data while coordinating with internal teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of clerical experience.
• Experience working in Freight Forwarding or Transportation industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user profiles and licenses for employees in multiple SAAS platforms supporting the Sales team.
• Act as administrator for multiple SAAS platforms (password resets, new-user training, ongoing support).
• Support Sales training and enablement efforts by creating and maintaining training documents and materials.
• Perform ongoing account data maintenance in CRM and digital file maintenance.
• Export, manipulate, review, and distribute sales reporting data for the team and leadership.
• Communicate with Sales team and leaders to support EFW's Sales efforts in an Administrative capacity.
