Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues for large/complex orders with Sales partners.
• Own internal/external inquiries on billing, order status, delivery, cancellation, etc.
• Perform Billing and/or Order Management tasks.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify root causes and communicate action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain customer data integrity and provide training on Ricoh orders and dealer agreements.
