Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking a Customer Administration specialist responsible for accurate and timely customer billing, using knowledge of Ricoh products, processes and internal resources to deliver high level service.

You will handle inquiries, enter billing data, obtain meter reads and PO numbers, resolve discrepancies with Ricoh locations, and create contract records while maintaining data integrity and supporting sales teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of business experience is required.
• 1-2 years of customer billing experience desired.
• Experience with an MRP-type inventory/purchasing system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and may own inquiries on billing, order status, delivery, and cancellations.
• Enter maintenance/contract data into the billing system as sold by sales professional.
• Obtain meter reads, PO numbers and other billing information from customers and Ricoh staff.
• Resolve discrepancies in billing information with Ricoh locations.
• Create and maintain contract records and billings.
