Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking an Account Manager (Enterprise/Strategic) for a remote role serving Austin, TX, and surrounding regions. You will manage assigned enterprise accounts, promote KnowBe4’s security training products, and drive ARR growth through cross-sell and renewals.

You will collaborate with Customer Success and Renewal teams to maximize adoption and renewal success while meeting monthly quotas and demonstrating strong relationship-building capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing enterprise accounts (1501+ employees).
• Ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record achieving and exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products and services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of cross-sell, add-on and upgrade opportunities.
• Identify key decision makers and qualify opportunities.
• Articulate value proposition of KnowBe4’s full product suite.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and targets.
• Follow up on marketing leads to generate opportunities and pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and adhere to policies.
• Support renewal process to grow accounts.
