Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Premier (platinum-tier) accounts.
• Remain available 24×7 to support assigned accounts.
• Schedule and conduct weekly client meetings; document actions and follow up.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address outages, QoS, and network performance.
• Handle billing inquiries and generate service usage and performance reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and revenue.
• Communicate with clients, internal sales, and service staff.
