Job summary

Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps, deliver tailored demos, map Elastic’s capabilities to business outcomes, and maintain CRM accuracy while forecasting

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals
• Experience in consumption-based or usage-based models
• Strong discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC

Responsibilities

• Own territory, build pipeline and 50% booked opportunities
• Perform deep discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC
• Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos
• Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast within ±10%
• Lead high-stakes negotiation and multi-year contracts
• Discuss cloud economics and data architectures
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps
