Job summary
Elastic seeks a high-energy Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.
You will tell the Elastic Search AI story through tailored narratives and live demos, collaborating with Solutions Architects, CS, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals.
- Experience with consumption-/usage-based models.
- Ability to deliver executive-level presentations and demos.
- Strong negotiation for multi-year contracts.
- Technical and cloud fluency across observability, security and data architectures.
Responsibilities
- Own your territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound cadence.
- Perform MEDDPICC-led discovery to qualify deals with high confidence.
- Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
- Collaborate to build formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and multi-year consumption commitments.
- Engage Solutions Architects, CS, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
