Job summary

Elastic is seeking a high-energy Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will develop pipeline, perform MEDDPICC-based discovery, deliver tailored demos, and align Elastic’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes while collaborating with Solutions Architects and

Qualifications

Proven SaaS quota‑carrying success with 5+ years closing enterprise deals.
Ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to pipeline.
Strong storytelling with executive-level demos linking product to business value.
Negotiation skills for multi-year, high-ACV contracts.

Responsibilities

Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound activity.
Conduct deep discovery to qualify deals and drive high-probability opportunities.
Deliver tailored demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals.
Maintain accurate CRM data and formal close plans with customers.
Position Elastic as the cloud-first Search AI platform in discussions.
