Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to enterprise-level organizations and C-suite executives.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and extended timelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate significant revenue and account expansion across enterprise organizations.
• Identify, develop, and close complex opportunities while building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Position the full UKG portfolio to maximize customer value and business impact.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
