EAB is seeking a Senior Strategic Leader for Adult Learner Recruitment in Washington, DC to manage partner relationships and enrollment marketing strategy. You will oversee cross-functional teams, guide strategic campaigns, and ensure alignment with institutional goals to drive growth in education outcomes.

Travel up to 40-50% is expected; you will mentor account managers, manage renewals, and use analytics to demonstrate campaign effectiveness in a fast-paced higher education environment.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years’ experience in consultative, strategic leadership roles managing relationships with key decision makers.
• Experience leading in higher education enrollment strategy or related marketing/partner management.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with enrollment leaders and senior campus administrators.
• Lead regular meetings with partners to guide long-term partnership success and growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide high-impact, results-driven partnership.
• Proactively manage renewals by showing ROI and aligning products, price, and strategy to goals.
• Mentor account managers to foster communication and partner relationship management.
