Job summary

EAB is seeking a Senior Strategic Leader for Adult Learner Recruitment to manage enrollment partnerships and deliver holistic strategies that drive campaign success. The role requires leadership in cross-functional teams and a strong focus on ROI and client satisfaction.

The Senior Strategic Leader will collaborate with campuses, guide strategy, and oversee campaigns, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and EAB’s mission. Role may reside in Richmond, VA or Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7+ years in leadership roles managing relationships with decision makers.
• Experience in higher education enrollment strategy or related marketing and partner management.
• Proven ability to influence diverse audiences and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with enrollment leaders and senior campus administrators.
• Lead regular meetings to guide long-term partnership success and growth; monitor ROI and renewals.
• Mentor account managers and coordinate with internal teams to align goals with institutional objectives.
