Under minimal supervision, you will coordinate with campus partners, vendors, and service providers, ensuring events meet timelines and quality standards while supporting student recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Three years of professional experience in event planning, event operations, project management, conference services, or hospitality management.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the logistical planning, coordination, and implementation of divisional events, programs, and initiatives.
• Develops and manages comprehensive event calendars, timelines, project plans, and checklists.
• Provides event-day leadership and operational coordination to ensure events run smoothly.
• Conducts post-event assessments and develops recommendations for improvements.
• Serves as liaison with campus partners and external vendors for event services.
