You will collaborate with Pathways, Orientation, and First-Year Experience programs, travel across the territory, and maintain accurate records to ensure a cohesive applicant experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience providing customer service and advising students.
• Experience delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and families throughout college selection and enrollment.
• Travel within the territory; present information at recruitment events and programs.
• Represent UT Austin via in-person and virtual recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with schools, counselors, and community partners.
• Maintain records of interactions and outcomes in Slate; manage confidentiality.
• Support pathways, orientation, and first-year transition activities.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
