Job summary

The University of Texas at El Paso is seeking a Housing and Residence Life professional to support occupancy goals and provide frontline housing services on-site in El Paso, TX. This role emphasizes customer service, contract administration, and collaboration with campus partners to ensure a smooth resident experience.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, you will manage housing deposits, reporting, and meal plans, while coordinating with multiple departments to maintain full-time

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience: Three years of related experience to the statement of duties and responsibilities; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Applicant Must Demonstrate: good communication, reasoning, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Housing Assignments & Occupancy Management.
• Assist resident students with completing the housing contract.
• Provide support to students as they navigate the housing application.
• Assist with the resident assignment process, including inquiries and placement.
• Ensure students living on campus are registered as full-time.
• Collect and report no-show data for occupancy accuracy.
• Participate in planning and execution of campus events and recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate committees related to housing contracts, appeals, and meal plans.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes.
