Job summary

Destination El Paso, operated by Legends Global, seeks a Full Time Event Coordinator to manage client events at premier venues in El Paso. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cost estimating, scheduling staff, and coordinating with security and other partners to deliver successful events. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is preferred, with at least one year of event

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of professional event management or venue operations experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage events for clients contracted with Destination El Paso.
• Prepare cost estimates, monitor billing, and settle event costs with clients.
• Maintain event-related reports, information, and files.
• Schedule event staff for day-to-day operations and special events.
• Establish relationships with security and safety personnel as needed.
• Handle complaints and coordinate with clients and staff to ensure service levels.
