Job summary

The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a Program Coordinator in the Office of Admissions to support enrollment partnership programs and student outreach. You will help plan, implement, and operate initiatives that strengthen early enrollment pipelines and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive student success.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in admissions or related fields, strong communication and data skills, and a willingness to work in a hybrid Dallas area

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment partnerships, and student support.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, data tracking, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and implementation of enrollment partnership programs.
• Coordinate logistics for student-facing events and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with K–12 districts, community colleges, and partners.
• Serve as liaison between students, departments, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and distribute program communications and documentation.
• Collect and report program participation and outcomes data.
• Ensure compliance with policies and funding requirements.
• Deliver presentations and training for internal and external audiences.
