Job summary

SSOE Group in the United States is seeking a talented, full-cycle Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit technical and engineering talent for the A/E (AEC) space. This role collaborates with HR, hiring managers, and external partners to source, screen, interview, and extend offers.

You will build a strong candidate network in the A/E market, develop strategic recruitment plans, and maintain relationships for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E Industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan with HR Representatives.
• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and may extend offers.
• Prioritize staffing with HR Representatives and Business Units; develop staffing plans.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the A/E marketplace to stay competitive.
• Identify new means for sourcing high-quality candidates.
• Track recruitment ROI and advise on future methods.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to cultivate candidates.
• Occasional travel may be required.
