Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for technical and engineering talent in the A/E (AEC) space across the US. This full-cycle recruiter will partner with HR, hiring managers, and external partners to source, screen, interview, and extend offers while building a robust candidate network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E industry.
• Strong understanding of passive candidate sourcing, direct outreach and
• cold calling
• talent mapping and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, corporate-wide recruitment plan with HR.
• Engage in sourcing, recruitment, screenings, interviews; may extend offers.
• Collaborate with HR and business units to prioritize staffing and develop tailored strategies.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the A/E marketplace to attract top talent.
• Identify new and creative means for sourcing high-quality candidates.
• Track ROI of recruitment efforts and advise on future methods.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to cultivate candidate networks.
• Occasional travel may be required.
