Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a talented, full-cycle Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our US team. You will recruit for technical and engineering roles within the A/E (AEC) space, collaborating with HR partners, business units, and hiring managers to deliver top talent across Columbus, OH and beyond.

In addition to traditional recruiting, you will embrace innovative tools including Microsoft Copilot training and AI-assisted sourcing to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E Industry.
• Understanding of passive candidate sourcing, direct candidate outreach and cold calling, strategic recruitment planning, talent mapping and current talent market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan in conjunction with HR Representatives.
• Engage in sourcing, recruitment, screenings, interviews, and offer extension as needed.
• Prioritize staffing with HR and business units; build relationships with hiring managers and vendors.
• Develop relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of A/E marketplace to inform recruitment strategies.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to cultivate candidate relationships.
• Occasional travel may be required.
