Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by combining technical know-how with a strong customer focus. You will manage a strategic sales territory, develop new accounts, and call plans while coordinating with engineering and product teams.

Your responsibilities include auditing compressed air systems, pursuing rebates with local utilities, and training customers and sub-distributors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree desirable in management, business, engineering or related.
• Customer-focused with ability to prioritize customer needs.
• Willing to travel and adapt to varied workloads.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by leveraging technical expertise and customer understanding.
• Develop strategic sales territory, new accounts, opportunities and call plans.
• Audit compressed air systems and coordinate rebates with local utilities.
• Provide training to customers and sub-distribution networks.
• Achieve sales goals in rotaries, compressors, accessories and aftermarket services.
• Use CRM, CPQ and ERP systems to quote, follow up and record activities.
• Travel daily in assigned territory and domestically as needed.
