The role focuses on digital transformation initiatives, governance, and cross-functional leadership across Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data & AI, and Consulting services. Center Valley, PA-based position with enterprise scope.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Client Services, Consulting, Account Management, Business Development, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong MedTech industry knowledge including product development, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience with executive relationships and driving business growth.
• Deep knowledge of MedTech processes and platforms such as QMS, regulatory affairs, and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with customer executives and stakeholders across business and IT functions.
• Lead executive governance forums, business reviews, and transformation programs.
• Drive account growth, pipeline, cross-selling, and customer value realization.
• Collaborate with delivery, sales, and partners to align growth with customer priorities.
