Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an Engagement Manager to own and strengthen strategic customer relationships across business and IT within the United States. The role is based in Center Valley, PA / Edison, NJ and involves leading governance forums, driving growth, and delivering measurable value.

You will partner with sales, delivery, and partner teams to align transformation roadmaps with client priorities, manage revenue growth, and oversee cross-functional initiatives in Applications, Cloud, Data

Qualifications

Significant experience in Client Services, Consulting, Account Management, Business Development, or Digital Transformation.
Deep knowledge of the MedTech industry and regulatory landscape.
Experience with executive governance, strategic account planning and value realization.

Responsibilities

Own and strengthen strategic relationships with customer stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Lead executive governance forums, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
Drive account revenue growth, pipeline, and cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure measurable business value realization across engagements and programs.
Collaborate across Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data & AI, and Consulting teams.
