Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Utilities vertical to lead client interfaces and co-create account plans with senior leaders. The role focuses on managing a portfolio up to $30-50M, driving revenue from GTM solutions, and ensuring delivery commitments across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with Delivery Managers and Solutions Leaders to tailor proposals, address obstacles, and secure strategic client relationships at the C-level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required with strong sales/relationship management experience.
• 11+ years of experience in the specialty with track record in large outsourcing deals.
• Experience with client relationships at C-level and in industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interfaces within the assigned account scope and build an account plan.
• Manage relationships, opportunities, and revenue from go-to-market solutions.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Solutions Leaders, and PM to ensure delivery commitments.
• Conduct research, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and price decisions.
• Drive pre-sales support and alliances with product vendors.
• Balance multiple projects and governance across the account scope.
