Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager - Client Services for its Utilities vertical. The role leads all client interfaces within the assigned account, building the account plan with Group Managers and handling client management based on the plan.

The position typically oversees a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $50M+. The incumbent will drive client relationship management, deliver assurance, and governance, and manage opportunity cycles from Prospect to Close

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts.
• Strong sales/relationship management/account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interfaces within the assigned account and develop account plans.
• Ensure client delivery and fulfillment of commitments in collaboration with delivery stakeholders.
• Create account plans and govern relationships and opportunities, including price decisions.
