Job summary

Infosys seeks a Senior Engagement Manager - Client Services for its Utilities vertical. You will lead client interfaces, build the account plan with Group Managers, and manage a P&L-driven account (often $50M+). This role focuses on client management, solution pursuits, and transformation opportunities across the utilities sector.

You will engage with C-level contacts, drive proposals, and coordinate delivery governance to ensure commitments are met and opportunities are advanced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Significant sales, relationship management, and account management experience.
• Experience managing utility accounts and dealing with C-level contacts.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities from prospect to close.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
