Job summary

Infosys Utilities seeks a Senior Engagement Manager - Client Services to lead client interfaces within the Utilities vertical. You will work with Group Managers to build the account plan and drive opportunities with a focus on solution pursuits and transformations.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, delivery assurance, and account governance. Significant experience in sales, PM, and managing large utility accounts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Significant sales/relationship management/account management experience.
• Experience managing utility accounts and interacting with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interfaces within the assigned account and build the account plan with Group Managers.
• Manage client relationships and drive opportunities and transformation pursuits.
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill commitments and ensure client satisfaction.
