Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Strong sales/relationship management/account management experience.
• Experience pursuing business transformation and large outsourcing deals.
• Experience in Industrial/Process Manufacturing or related sectors.
• Proven ability to interact with C-level client contacts and lead proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management and business development for the assigned account.
• Own the opportunity management cycle from Prospect to Close.
• Coordinate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill commitments to the client.
• Create and manage the account plan including relationships and revenue goals.
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, proposals, calculations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Delivery Manager to address issues affecting delivery.
• Balance multiple projects and resources within the account scope.
• Drive revenues from go-to-market solutions sponsored by the business unit.
• Work with Solutions Leader to craft customized solution pitches and drive delivery.
