Job summary

LightTable AI is seeking a customer success leader in Denver to onboard enterprise clients and drive adoption of our AI-powered platform. You will own end-to-end client relationships, design onboarding playbooks, and coordinate cross-functional teams from sales to product to ensure measurable value and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in customer success, engagement management, or consulting at a B2B SaaS/technology company.

Responsibilities

• Build the customer success function from scratch: design playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and escalation processes before headcount grows.
• Own each engagement from contract signature onward, acting as the client’s primary owner and trusted advisor.
• Drive change management: learn client workflows, co-design new processes, secure executive buy-in, and onboard teams.
