Listen Labs is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth for our AI-powered research platform.

You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts, build trusted relationships, align success metrics with customer goals, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to maximize value and renewals.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work in-office in New York five days a week.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles at a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships, driving product adoption, and retaining/growing accounts.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business and the customer journey post-sale, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts, building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with customers to understand goals, measure success, and maximize value from Listen.
• Partner with sales to identify expansion/renewal opportunities and grow strategic accounts.
• Monitor customer health, identify risks, and develop plans to improve adoption and retention.
• Provide proactive guidance and support, including business reviews to maximize customer value.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product/engineering to shape roadmap.
• Develop and refine customer success playbooks, processes, and best practices as we scale.
