DNV Energy Systems North America (ESNA) seeks a Key Account Manager-Energy & Utilities to strengthen and expand relationships with key accounts within the North American market. The role focuses on electric/power utilities and demand side management, aligning with ESNA's strategy and service portfolio.

The KAM will lead an account team, influence internal stakeholders, and shape customer policy and strategy, with a hybrid work model across multiple U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in key account management within energy/utilities sectors.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to develop customer-centric value propositions and campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Strategy: contribute to key account strategy and campaigns to grow opportunities in assigned accounts and regions.
• Relationship Management: build networks, strengthen customer relationships, support cross-sector opportunities and monitor project delivery for quality.
• Sales Enablement: lead project teams, manage sales pipeline, influence pricing, and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Commercial: assist in proposing plans and annual operating targets, and influence pricing decisions.
• Key Outputs: monitor CRSI scores, drive top-line growth in orders and revenue, support cashflow through timely payments.
