You will build cross-brand solutions, maintain market awareness, and drive opportunities through a rigorous sales process, including funnel management and account planning, to achieve quota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in professional sales.
• Experience with communications and networking projects is a plus.
• Experience in a medium to large international organization.
• Experience in a matrix environment and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead early engagement to verify problems and define solutions while positioning Belden as a trusted advisor.
• Translate customer priorities into solution-based proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Develop cross-company solutions leveraging Belden brands to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Energy market, focusing on Power, Transmission & Distribution.
• Manage activity using standard tools and funnel management to forecast wins.
