Job summary

Belden is seeking a Solution Account Manager for Data Center to drive strategic accounts and develop high-potential targets aligned with Belden’s markets. You will coordinate proposing and delivering favorable outcomes within your region or target account base, leveraging relationships across On-Prem, Edge, Cloud, and CoLo environments.

The role requires senior sales experience, a consultative approach, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Center Automation, Data Center Power, Cooling, Compute Storage and Network Architecture.
• 5+ years of relevant sales and technical experience in similar or adjacent markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience speaking to C-Suite Executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Execute Belden’s Data Center strategy defined by Sales Director.
• Identify and secure On-Premise, Cloud, and MTDC opportunities.
• Engage with customers to analyze needs and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants to design tailored data center solutions.
• Drive channel strategies with Partners and integrators.
• Expand business within region and target accounts.
• Provide feedback to senior management on market activities.
